Back in 2013 I published a very good article for further and continuing education for lawyers and other parties concering purchasing under an off the plan contract from both the develoeprs and buyer's perspective. Most of the principles remain today and it really is a very good read for anyone considering purchasing off the plan. Some old references to superceded legislation appear in the article given it was published in 2013, however as I said the principles remain the same.
