The Property Law Bill in Qld was finally passed after many years of consultation. What this means is that the Property Law Act of 1974 in Qld has been substantially overhauled. There are numerous changes, but this segment focuses on the new seller disclosure regime in Qld and what that will look like for sellers, sellers agents and lawyers in the property space. We will be informed first of the new seller disclosure statement as finalised once issued, and will be advising our colleagues and agents we work with of their new disclosure obligations to buyers. A long time coming but the change is finally here.

Despina is not paid for her time on air and she enjoys the fact she can give back to the community in this manner. Knowledge is power and her radio show is very much about empowering the ordinary Australian with information that they should be aware of to help them in every day life. Despina has a very big following on air and online with a facebook community page for the radio station and is always happy to talk with listeners off air.
