Despina is presenting this year at the Queensland Law Society's Symposium for 2024 on her favourite topic: "Drafting Off the Plan Contracts in Today's Market". She is very excited to be presenting with my fellow colleague Ian Hazzard of McCullough Robertson on what will undoubtedly be a very riveting session, designed for property law practitioners at an advanced level. The session will be collaborative and discussion focused to try and provide maximum benefit for all participants. I look forward to seeing friends and colleagues on the day.
