We discuss this issue off the back of a recent story of a rental property disaster at Hollywell on the Gold Coast. Needless to say, when the roof caves in and the tenant has suffered injury, that is not something any landlord or management agent wants to deal with. A lesson perhaps for all landlords and managing agents out there to deal with any complaints by tenants swiftly and to attend to possible structural and other repairs promptly.
